Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Solar Designers to join our on-site team in Gurgaon. This role is ideal for professionals with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in residential or commercial solar permit design.

Key Responsibilities

• Create accurate and compliant solar permit designs using AutoCAD
• Interpret client inputs and project specifications for efficient layout planning
• Apply NEC codes and ensure designs meet AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction) requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery
• Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in all designs

Required Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in solar permit design (residential or commercial)
• Strong hands-on experience with AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Understanding of NEC codes and US solar design standards
• Educational background: ITI / Diploma / BE in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering
• Ability to learn fast, handle feedback, and work with tight deadlines
• Strong communication and coordination skills
