Job Responsibilities:

- Experience with IT and Non-IT Hiring (US staffing and domestic hiring)
- Should be well-versed with International and domestic hiring portals- Write and post technical and non-technical job descriptions.- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT and Non-IT resumes- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates- Compose job offer letters- Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.- Responsible in handling the recruitment team.

Requirements and skills

- US staffing experience would be preferred

- Proven work experience as a recruiter with 5-6 years of experience
- Recruitment expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹702,932.83 - ₹1,129,289.38 per year
