Job Description

Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Roverz MotorBikes – Kayamkulam / Mavelikara / Karunagappally

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance.
Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company goals.
Handle employee engagement, grievance management, and performance evaluation.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance skills.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws, etc.).
Support management in workforce planning and retention strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR or related field.
3–5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in automotive or retail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple branches and teams.
