Job Description

As the Recruitment Manager in the healthcare facility, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process for clinical and non-clinical staff. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating orientation and onboarding processes for new hires. - Serving as the primary point of contact for staff queries, grievances, and conflict resolution. - Fostering a positive and safe workplace culture. You will ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, medical council standards, NABH/JCI norms, and hospital policies. Keeping employee records up-to-date, handling audits and inspections, identifying training needs, coordinating learning and development programs, and conducting mandatory trainings such as fire safety and infection control are part of your role. In this position, you will implement and manage appraisal systems, employee feedback mechanisms, support department heads in goal setting and employee development, administer employee benefits, manage leave systems, and develop HR policies and SOPs specific to hospital settings. You will also provide support in manpower planning and cost optimization efforts. This full-time role with a morning shift schedule requires in-person work at the healthcare facility.
