Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales and frontline roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Execute bulk hiring drives, walk-ins, campus hiring, and recruitment campaigns.
Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop manpower plans.
Build a strong candidate pipeline through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
Coordinate with external vendors and recruitment agencies when needed.
Sales & Target-Driven Hiring Support:
Understand sales team dynamics and ensure hiring aligns with sales objectives.
Work closely with the sales leadership to identify performance gaps and talent needs.
Design and implement incentive or retention strategies for sales staff.
HR Operations:
Maintain and manage employee records, databases, and HR documentation.
Support onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
Handle employee engagement activities, attendance management, and HR reporting.
Assist in payroll coordination and compliance as needed.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as a bridge between HR, sales, and operations to ensure cohesive functioning.
Provide timely updates to management on hiring progress, HR metrics, and workforce planning.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in HR, specifically in bulk hiring, sales recruitment, and operational HR.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, especially in high-growth or fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet high-volume hiring targets.
Proficiency in HRMS systems, ATS tools, and MS Office Suite.
