Job Description

Role Overview:

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall human resources function, ensuring smooth HR operations, policy implementation, compliance, and employee engagement. The role requires strategic thinking, leadership, and hands-on execution in all areas of HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract the right talent.
  • Manage end-to-end hiring process including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Build a positive work culture through engagement activities.
  • Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions and employee surveys.
  • Performance Management
  • Oversee appraisal process and KPI tracking.
  • Support managers in performance reviews and employee development plans.
  • Training & Development
  • Identify training needs and organize learning sessions.
  • Drive leadership and skill development programs.
  • Compliance & HR Policies
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Develop and update HR policies as per labor laws.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
  • Payroll & Compensation Management
  • Coordinate with accounts/finance for payroll processing.
  • Manage salary structures, increments, and incentive programs.
  • Strategic HR & Workforce Planning
  • Support management in manpower planning and organizational development.
  • Drive change management and HR digitization initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
  • 5–10 years of experience in HR, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS/HR software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
