HR Manager

As a Real Estate HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions within the real estate company. Your primary focus will be to align HR strategies with the business objectives while ensuring compliance with labor laws. Your role will encompass various aspects including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training & development, employee relations, and HR policy implementation. Your key responsibilities will include managing the entire recruitment process, from job posting to hiring, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees. You will also be involved in developing and implementing performance appraisal systems, providing feedback, and identifying training needs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Additionally, you will be responsible for addressing employee grievances, resolving conflicts, and fostering positive employee relations. Ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies will be crucial. You will also manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and aligned with market trends. Furthermore, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies that are in line with the company's goals and objectives. Implementing initiatives to promote employee engagement, motivation, and retention will also be part of your responsibilities. You will generate HR reports and metrics to support decision-making and operational improvements while providing HR guidance to senior management and acting as a strategic partner in business planning.
