Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HR Manager to join our team at The Burgery in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in human resources.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees, management, and other stakeholders.
Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Handle employee grievances and conflicts fairly and promptly.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in human resources, preferably in the Hotels & Restaurants industry.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Experience with HR software and systems is an advantage.
