HR Manager

Role / Purpose:-

Leads, Maintains and Enhances KHSs human resources in alignment with the Business Strategy, Vision, Mission & Values.

He/ She will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company’s people strategy and objectives and will be the custodian of all HR operations, processes, systems & policies.

Required qualification & experience: -

  • Minimum 5 – 10 years of experience
  • Preferably an MBA/PGDBM in HR
  • Strong communication skills
  • High level of Integrity

Desired traits/competencies: -

  • Experience of leading a team of experts and working with the leadership team
  • Knowledge of HR functions (Compliances, Compensation & Benefits, recruitment, training & development ,Cultural Development etc.)

Performance Management Systems (PMS) :-

  • To coordinate & implement performance management system.
  • To implement & monitor Performance Reviews of trainee/probationers.
  • To develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits etc.
  • To coordinate goal setting and end-year performance review exercise. Work with the KHS leadership team as a key strategic partner
  • Identify & lead key HR projects & initiatives
  • Ensure efficiency & effectiveness of all HR processes & policies
  • Drive on time & in full closure of all staffing needs
  • Drive the performance management system as per prescribed timelines & guidelines

Payroll:-

  • Downloading monthly attendance through HRMS
  • Checking and approving monthly attendance
  • Checking and approving monthly salaries, PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF
  • Ensuring Timely payment of ESIC, PT and MLWF
  • Processing salaries as per the attendance record
  • Checking EL,LM, OD, Leaves, Holidays etc marked by employees and processing attendance accordingly
  • Calculating PF and ESIC on monthly basis and payment of the same with right approvals
  • Addressing issues relating to salaries and processing arrears if required
  • Updating the salary master

Roles And Responsibility:-

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest HR compliance regulations
  • Implementing required policy changes

Ensuring PF and ESIC details are provided by team on timely basis during on boarding and exit and during monthly PF payments

  • Scheduling training for Onboarding of candidates
  • Training new joiners and existing employees on HRMS
  • Checking and approving Appointment letters, increment letters, warnings letters and relieving letters
  • Checking and ensuring employee documentation during onboarding as per the checklist
  • Ensuring smooth on boarding process
  • Finalizing on contracts with biometric vendors and renewal
  • Analysing training needs
  • Identifying gaps and providing trainings
  • Benchmarking of "Salary sheets & Statutory " for further processing
  • Updating salary master sheet
  • Ensuring smooth exit process
  • Appraising performance through periodic reviews like confirmation, yearly reviews etc
  • Preparing policies relating to timings, leaves, travel, stationary, POSH etc and ammending them as and when required
  • Ensuring good culture that boosts productivity and work life quality of employees
