Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles such as Software Developers, System Administrators, Network Engineers, IT Support, DevOps Engineers, QA Testers, and Cloud Specialists.
Understand and interpret IT job descriptions, technology stacks, and required technical skill sets.
Source and screen candidates using professional networks and job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
Utilize and maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) for candidate management and reporting.
Coordinate with technical panels and department heads to schedule and conduct interviews.
Manage contract staffing, project-based hiring, and resource allocation as per business needs.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and hiring metrics.
