Job Description

The Human Resources Manager will lead, direct and manage the day-to-day Human Resources, Recruitment and Admin activities for our Hyderabad office. The HR Manager will provide oversight and guidance to the development and monitoring of processes related to Hiring, HR activities, Recruitment, compensation, benefits, training and development; as well as oversee administrative functions.
Job Responsibilities –
  • Acts as point of contact for hiring activities, this will be a key responsibility.
  • Manages and develops the team of HR Recruiters.
  • Supervise all the activities -End to end hiring right from sourcing of resumes through various source: headhunting, job portals, advertisements, employee referrals, consultants and external referencing etc. to Interviews and final selection.
  • Drive the hiring process in a high-volume / time sensitive environment working directly with
  • Higher Management and managing candidates through the process to have them placed on
  • Assignments.
  • Conducting the HR interview, Negotiations on salary.
  • Liaise with team and organize effective job posting/measures for recruitment requirements
  • Develop overall goals for the HR, Recruitment and administration departments.
  • Annually review the Personnel Handbook recommending amendments needed due to changes in local conditions or labour laws.
  • Work closely with our recruiters to manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes
  • Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
  • Manage timesheets for office, ensuring timely submission, approval, accuracy, and filing
  • EPF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Statutory Compliance.
  • Designing Salary Breakup, Monthly Payroll Processing.
  • Review employee final payments for accuracy and compliance with labour laws.
  • General Administration, Absenteeism, Employee Grievances, Attendance & Leave
  • Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
  • Company introduction to new joiners & Facilitating newcomers joining formalities
  • Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
  • Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in the office.
  • Supervise all travel and hotel arrangements for staff and visitors, including visas and work permits as applicable.
  • Work with senior management to resolve employee relations issues pragmatically.
  • Investigate employee relations issues &work to ensure human resources related decisions are consistent and fair.

Required Skills –

  • Should have 10+ years experience in HR role.
  • Ability to train Junior resources and groom them for Recruitment and HR roles.
  • Full understanding of recruitment process including- JD Creation, Job Ads publishing, social media posts, Sourcing from Job Portals, shortlisting, Interview and feedbacks, offer letter and induction.
  • Able to manage the final negotiation and closure with candidates.
  • Ability to work with managers to assess complex issues pragmatically.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Ability to interact with and lead employees at various levels.
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality as it relates to Human Resources.
