𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: ✅Conceptualize and generate fresh, creative ideas for promotional videos. ✅Implement new video trends and aesthetics to elevate the brand’s visual identity. ✅Shoot high-quality videos for our jewelry collections, campaigns, events, and store activities. ✅Handle video editing, color correction, sound mixing, and final delivery. ✅Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to create content that converts. ✅Maintain video equipment and ensure high production standards. 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: ✅Minimum 2 years of experience in videography and video editing. ✅Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools. ✅Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and camera handling. ✅Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. ✅A keen eye for detail, visual storytelling, and aesthetics – especially for luxury products like jewelry. Position: Human Resource (HR) Manager Location: Chandmal Jewellers, Nagaon About Us: Chandmal Jewellers is a trusted and reputed jewellery brand committed to excellence, customer satisfaction, and creating a positive workplace culture. We are looking for a dedicated HR Manager to oversee and manage our employees, recruitment process, and day-to-day HR operations at our showroom. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end employee management at the showroom. Conduct interviews and manage recruitment for various roles. Oversee attendance, leave approvals, and employee queries. Manage payroll coordination and maintain HR records. Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with company standards. Organize employee engagement activities and resolve workplace concerns. Support management in driving a productive and healthy work culture. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3–6 years of proven HR experience (retail/jewellery sector experience preferred). Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to manage employee queries effectively and maintain confidentiality. Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and basic payroll systems.
