We are looking for a dedicated HR Manager to oversee and manage our employees, recruitment process, and day-to-day HR operations at our showroom. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end employee management at the showroom. Conduct interviews and manage recruitment for various roles. Oversee attendance, leave approvals, and employee queries. Manage payroll coordination and maintain HR records. Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with company standards. Organize employee engagement activities and resolve workplace concerns. Support management in driving a productive and healthy work culture.
