HR Manager

Infisel is a business growth consulting company led by Coach Vinod, working with SMEs across South India and the Middle East. We provide strategic guidance and systems for scaling businesses in the areas of marketing, sales, operations, HR, and finance. Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive HR Manager who can manage end-to-end HR functions virtually, while also being flexible to visit client locations for recruitment, onboarding, training, and HR interventions. The role demands strong communication, people management, and organizational skills to work with diverse employee groups, especially sales teams. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding Source, screen, and recruit candidates for sales, operations, accounts, and other roles. Conduct telephonic/virtual interviews and coordinate with clients for final selection. Ensure smooth onboarding & induction processes. Employee Engagement & Development Conduct morning calls with sales and other team members. Organize and conduct 1:1 sessions with employees for performance reviews, motivation, and feedback. Coordinate soft-skill and leadership training (online & offline). HR Operations & Compliance Maintain attendance, leave, and performance tracking systems. Draft and implement HR policies, SOPs, and documentation. Ensure compliance with basic statutory and company HR practices. Client HR Support Visit client locations occasionally for recruitment drives, onboarding sessions, or training workshops. Act as a point of contact for employee-related concerns and conflict resolution.
