Tele Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and promote company products/services.
  • Identify prospects, understand their requirements, and generate qualified leads.
  • Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and CRM tools to ensure conversion.
  • Maintain customer databases, records, and daily activity reports.
  • Collaborate with the business development and marketing teams for campaign execution.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and services to clients.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and professionalism in every interaction.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline with 1-2 years of tele sales or inside sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and confident personality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
