Role Summary: We are hiring a Business Development Manager who will act as the implementation anchor for Infisel or Coach Vinod’s clients. This is not a sales role, but a powerful execution role. You’ll travel to client locations, interact with team members, follow up on task progress, and ensure that our strategies are being implemented in full spirit. You’ll become the bridge between Coach Vinod’s vision and the client’s execution. Key Responsibilities: Visit client locations across South India (mainly Tamil Nadu) regularly Track the implementation of Coach Vinod’s 5-Pillar Growth Model across departments (Sales, Marketing, HR, Systems, Leadership) Conduct on-site reviews, team check-ins, and report updates to Coach Vinod Maintain dashboards, progress trackers, and follow-up systems Identify client-side bottlenecks and suggest corrective actions Support client team members with templates, checklists, and basic training Coordinate with designers, content creators, and internal team for smooth delivery Document implementation progress and client success stories What We’re Looking For: 2–5 years of experience in business consulting, operations, client servicing, or project coordination Willingness to travel to Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills Comfortable speaking to business owners and frontline employees alike Organized, proactive, and passionate about growth Able to handle Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and basic tech tools Any background in MBA / business development / business coaching is a plus

Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive HR Manager who can manage end-to-end HR functions virtually, while also being flexible to visit client locations for recruitment, onboarding, training, and HR interventions. The role demands strong communication, people management, and organizational skills to work with diverse employee groups, especially sales teams. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding Source, screen, and recruit candidates for sales, operations, accounts, and other roles. Conduct telephonic/virtual interviews and coordinate with clients for final selection. Ensure smooth onboarding & induction processes. Employee Engagement & Development Conduct morning calls with sales and other team members. Organize and conduct 1:1 sessions with employees for performance reviews, motivation, and feedback.
