Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle for all technical and non-technical positions, with a strong focus on engineering roles.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber technical candidates.
• Manage the entire monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and resolution of employee queries.
• Ensure full compliance with all statutory regulations, including PF, ESI, PT, and other applicable labor laws, and handle all related filings and returns.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Manage employee relations, address grievances, and organize employee engagement initiatives.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires and assist with performance management programs.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 to 10 years of progressive experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
• Demonstrated, hands-on experience in technical recruitment.
• Thorough knowledge of Indian payroll processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.), and labor laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in HRMS and payroll software is highly desirable.
