With a strong presence in multiple states, we are committed to delivering innovative, sustainable, and reliable solutions for homeowners, architects, interior designers, dealers, and fabricators. As we continue to expand our operations and dealership network nationwide, we are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources function. Role OverviewThe HR Manager will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing recruitment across multiple regions, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role is central to building a strong workforce that aligns with BAYDEE’s vision of becoming India’s most trusted uPVC profile brand. Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, operational, and sales roles; support expansion by hiring for warehouses, dealerships, and corporate teams. Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture, manage grievances, handle employee engagement programs, and strengthen internal communication. Performance Management: Implement performance evaluation systems to ensure accountability and productivity across all branches. Training & Development: Identify training needs (technical, soft skills, compliance) and design learning programs for employees, fabricators, and sales teams. Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to Indian labor laws, health & safety standards, and company HR policies. HR Operations: Oversee payroll, attendance, employee records, and HRMS implementation. Strategic HR Support: Work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with BAYDEE’s “One State One Dealer” expansion model. RequirementsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5–8 years of proven HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, building materials, or construction-related industries. Strong knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, compliance, and workforce management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams across India. Ability to travel occasionally to warehouses, dealer locations, and state offices. Proficiency in HR software and payroll management systems. Preferred SkillsExperience in HR management within manufacturing or distribution companies. Strong ability to set up HR frameworks in growing organizations.
