Role & responsibilities Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele sales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, explaining our products or services, and closing sales. You will play a key role in driving revenue and building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns. Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain an updated customer database using CRM systems. Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close sales. Provide feedback to the team on customer needs, problems, interests, and trends. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Requirements: Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar sales role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets. Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or marketing is a plus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. You will work across various channels including digital, social media, events, and traditional marketing. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities. Manage content creation for marketing materials, website, email campaigns, and social media. Coordinate and execute digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and paid ads. Organize promotional events and exhibitions to reach potential customers. Collaborate with designers, agencies, and other departments to produce high-quality content and campaigns. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems. Maintain and update the companys website and social media platforms. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 13 years of experience in a marketing role (freshers with strong internship experience may also be considered). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Mailchimp). Familiarity with SEO/SEM, content management systems (e.g., WordPress), and analytics tools. Creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Preferred candidate profile
