Required Qualification and Experience: • MBA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. • Min 10 years of experience talent acquisition and preferably within technical and sales hiring. • Proven track record of doing bulk hiring in junior to senior roles. • Knowledge of channel sales strategies and experience working with VARs, resellers, and integrators. • Experience of hiring within SaaS and Cloud sector. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple recruitment initiatives and maintain a streamlined hiring process.
