Job Description: Talent Acquisition Manager   Department: Talent Acquisition / HR Industry: Outsourcing Services Provider Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Jabalpur   Overview   The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee the complete recruitment function for the outsourcing division. This includes managing and guiding the recruitment team responsible for hiring candidates who work under third-party payroll. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in bulk hiring, team handling, client coordination, and achieving recruitment targets within defined timelines.   Key Responsibilities   1. Recruitment Management   Lead, manage, and mentor the Talent Acquisition team.   Ensure smooth hiring for third-party payroll employees across multiple locations.   Create effective hiring strategies for bulk and niche requirements.   Shortlist, interview, and finalize candidates based on business needs.   Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for recurring positions.     2. Team Handling   Supervise the recruitment team and ensure daily task completion.   Monitor team performance and productivity.   Conduct training sessions to improve efficiency and hiring quality.   Allocate daily tasks and follow up to ensure closure.     3. Client & Internal Coordination   Coordinate with Business Development, Operations, and Client Servicing teams to understand manpower requirements.   Interpret client job descriptions accurately and ensure proper hiring execution.   Provide timely updates on hiring status to management and clients.     4. Process & Compliance   Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to company standards and compliance guidelines.   Maintain proper documentation for selected candidates and the onboarding process.   Oversee background verification and joining formalities.     5. Reporting & Analysis   Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.   Analyze hiring trends and recommend improvements.   Ensure recruitment targets are met within timelines.     Qualifications & Skills   Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA in HR preferred.   3–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in outsourcing or staffing industry.   Strong experience in handling third-party payroll hiring.   Excellent communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills.   Ability to manage bulk hiring and work under pressure.   Contact now on 9589095891, 8602372866 hr@white-force.in
