Job Description

Core responsibilities Sales and customer service:Greet and assist customers, answer inquiries, and provide detailed product information. Actively promote and sell products to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Handle customer complaints, returns, and other issues professionally. Stay updated on industry trends and new product features. Participate in promotional activities and in-store events.
