Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead the HR team and oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Drive organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- Create and monitor HR metrics and reports to provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll processes in coordination with finance.
- Support and coach managers on employee issues, conflict resolution, and leadership development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and industry-specific requirements.
- Spearhead training and development programs to upskill employees and enhance retention.
- Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
Requirements:
- 9-10 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in an HR leadership or team management role.
- Prior experience in F&B, hospitality, retail, or consumer-facing industries is strongly preferred.
- Proven team management skills, with experience leading and developing high-performing HR teams.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance standards.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a hands-on, proactive approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certifications like SHRM/PHR preferred).
