Key Responsibilities:
-Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (photos, videos, stories, reels) aligned with the brand’s voice and goals.
-Manage daily operations of social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, etc.).
-Respond to customer comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
-Collaborate with the design, marketing, and sales teams to support campaigns and promotions.
-Analyze social media performance using analytics tools; prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
-Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to keep the brand’s social media fresh and relevant.
-Assist in organizing and promoting events, launches, or influencer collaborations.
-Maintain an updated content calendar.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of hands-on social media experience, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or consumer lifestyle sectors.
-Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (regional languages are a plus).
-Basic graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) preferred.
-Creative mindset with attention to detail.
-Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
