Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and developing HR strategies aligned with the company’s growth and culture. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers. Develop job descriptions and hiring strategies for various departments. Conduct onboarding and induction programs for new employees. 2. HR Operations & Compliance Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and payroll data. Ensure compliance with statutory laws (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Labour Laws, etc.). Manage Full & Final Settlements, exit interviews, and documentation. 3. Employee Engagement & Relations Foster a positive workplace culture and manage employee grievances. Plan employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs. Build communication channels between management and employees. 4. Performance Management Design and implement performance appraisal systems (monthly/annual reviews). Support department heads in goal setting and performance evaluation. 5. Policy Development & Implementation Draft, update, and communicate HR policies and SOPs. Ensure adherence to company policies and HR best practices. 6. Training & Development Identify training needs and coordinate development programs. Work with management to design learning and growth initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience (3–6 years) as an HR Manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of HR laws, policies, and processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity. Preferred Qualities:Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively. Salary: As per industry standards / Based on experience.
