Serve as the primary HR point of contact for regional teams.
Foster a positive and motivating work environment through regular engagement activities.
Address employee grievances and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Performance Management:
Support managers in setting performance goals and conducting regular appraisals.
Identify high performers and support succession planning initiatives.
Training & Development:
Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs to build team capabilities.
Support leadership development initiatives across the region.
HR Operations & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
Maintain accurate HR documentation, records, and reports.
Manage attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination for regional employees.
Strategic HR Partnership:
Work closely with corporate HR and leadership teams to implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Contribute to workforce planning, organizational development, and culture-building efforts.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and compliance.
Proven experience in recruitment and team building for multi-location roles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Empathy and people management skills with a problem-solving mindset.
Proficiency in HRMS tools, Excel, and digital communication platforms.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with regional travel as needed.
Why Join Zuvy:
Opportunity to shape and lead HR practices in a growing startup ecosystem.
Flexible work-from-home model with regional exposure.
A culture that values ownership, innovation, and people-first leadership.
Direct impact on building Zuvy’s regional workforce and growth story.
