About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our growing team in executing the core pillars of Human Resources — operations, recruitment, and engagement. This is a hands-on role suited for individuals who are eager to gain real-world HR experience in a startup environment and are open to potential full-time opportunities post-internship.You'll work closely with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth employee experiences across the entire lifecycle — from onboarding to offboarding.

Requirements

HR Operations

  • Support onboarding, documentation, and offboarding
  • Coordinate leave tracking, payroll inputs, and internal HR communications
  • Ensure policy adherence, record accuracy, and compliance processes

Recruitment

  • Assist with sourcing, screening, scheduling, and interview coordination
  • Maintain hiring trackers and help build candidate pipelines

Engagement & Culture

  • Support internal surveys, feedback initiatives, and employee events
  • Contribute to building a positive and high-performance work culture

Reporting & Admin

  • Help generate HR reports (headcount, attrition, etc.)
  • Assist in improving HR workflows and process efficiency

What We're Looking For

  • Final-year undergraduate student (2025 graduate)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Proficient with Excel, Google Suite, knowledge of Airtable is a plus
  • Strong interest in HR, people ops, and workplace culture
