Payroll Processing: Calculate salaries, deductions, bonuses, and reimbursements. Process monthly payroll in compliance with statutory norms. PF (Provident Fund): Monthly PF calculations and challan generation. Filing of ECR (Electronic Challan-cum-Return). Handling UAN activation, PF transfer, and withdrawal forms. ESIC (Employees’ State Insurance): ESIC registration for new employees. Monthly ESIC contributions and filing of challans. Coordination for employee benefits like medical, sick leave, etc. TDS (Tax Deducted at Source): TDS calculations on salaries as per applicable slab rates. Filing of quarterly TDS returns (Form 24Q). Issuing of Form 16 to employees annually. Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely compliance with labor laws and government deadlines. Maintain records for audits and inspections. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain payroll records, employee master data, and statutory registers. Generate payroll reports for finance or audit purposes.
