Accounts - Payroll/PF/ESIC/TDS

Payroll Processing: Calculate salaries, deductions, bonuses, and reimbursements. Process monthly payroll in compliance with statutory norms. PF (Provident Fund): Monthly PF calculations and challan generation. Filing of ECR (Electronic Challan-cum-Return). Handling UAN activation, PF transfer, and withdrawal forms. ESIC (Employees’ State Insurance): ESIC registration for new employees. Monthly ESIC contributions and filing of challans. Coordination for employee benefits like medical, sick leave, etc. TDS (Tax Deducted at Source): TDS calculations on salaries as per applicable slab rates. Filing of quarterly TDS returns (Form 24Q). Issuing of Form 16 to employees annually. Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely compliance with labor laws and government deadlines. Maintain records for audits and inspections. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain payroll records, employee master data, and statutory registers. Generate payroll reports for finance or audit purposes. Ideal Candidate Profile: Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance or HR Experience: 1–3 years in payroll and statutory compliance Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and payroll software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Payroll, or GreytHR) Knowledge of EPFO, ESIC portal, TRACES, and Income Tax portal Attention to detail and knowledge of statutory deadlines Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Application Question(s): Payroll - PF/ESIC/TDS (MUST) Work Location: In person
