Role Summary: As an HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in both HR generalist responsibilities and talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. HR Generalist Support: Assist with onboarding processes, including document collection and orientation coordination. Support employee engagement activities, including event planning and surveys. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Provide administrative support for HR policies, processes, and programs. Other Responsibilities: Collaborate on HR projects and initiatives to improve efficiency and employee experience. Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations. Contribute to a positive work environment by upholding the organization's culture and values. Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. High attention to detail and organizational skills.
