Role Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings on various job boards. Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates. Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection and orientation coordination. Maintain and organize employee records in our HR database. Assist with creating and updating HR policies and procedures. Conduct research on industry best practices for HR processes. Participate in company initiatives to promote a positive work culture. Assist in preparing HR reports and metrics. Support team members in various HR projects and initiatives. Help maintain employee engagement and satisfaction surveys. Handle inquiries and correspondence related to HR matters. Contribute to social media and marketing efforts relevant to recruitment. Assist with payroll-related tasks, including entry of attendance and leaves. Stay updated on labor legislation and trends in HR. Qualifications Enrolled in or recent graduate of a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with data entry and managing databases. Basic understanding of HR principles and practices. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team. Self-motivated and eager to learn new skills. Availability to commit to a part-time or full-time internship. Prior internship experience in HR or related fields is a plus. Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment is favorable. Positive attitude and adaptability in a remote work environment. Basic knowledge of labor laws is a plus.
