HR Intern

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR practices and contribute to various HR functions. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks while learning about the HR industry. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Help with onboarding new employees and preparing new hire documentation. Maintain and update employee records in HR software and databases. Support the HR team in organizing employee events, training, and development initiatives. Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations. Help with employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work environment. Perform general administrative tasks related to HR operations. Provide support in compliance with labor laws and company policies. Qualifications: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
