HR Intern – Blue Collar Hiring

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our hiring needs for blue-collar roles. You will assist in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes for operational staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, field recruitment, referrals, and walk-ins
• Screen profiles and coordinate interviews for blue-collar positions
• Maintain candidate databases and tracking sheets
• Support onboarding processes and documentation
• Coordinate with operations teams for daily hiring requirements
• Assist in scheduling, follow-ups, and joining formalities

Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes
• Comfortable interacting with blue-collar workforce
