HR Intern – Blue Collar Hiring Company: CatersPoint Futuristic Foods Experience Required: Fresher to 6 months Work Days: Monday to Saturday Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our hiring needs for blue-collar roles. You will assist in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes for operational staff. Key Responsibilities: Source candidates through job portals, field recruitment, referrals, and walk-ins Screen profiles and coordinate interviews for blue-collar positions Maintain candidate databases and tracking sheets Support onboarding processes and documentation Coordinate with operations teams for daily hiring requirements Assist in scheduling, follow-ups, and joining formalities Skills Required: Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of recruitment processes Comfortable interacting with blue-collar workforce What We Offer: Hands-on experience in high-volume hiring Opportunity to learn core HR operations Fast-paced work environment with growth potential Job Types: Full-time, Internship Contract length: 6 months Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
