Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HRMS/CRM Sales Executive located in Saket. The HRMS/CRM Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and demonstrating the value of Pantheon Digital's HRMS and CRM solutions to potential clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting product demonstrations, preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive with experience in SaaS/Software sales, particularly in CRM and HRMS products. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a consultative approach to selling, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Identify and generate new business opportunities for CRM and HRMS solutions. Conduct market research to understand potential customer needs and pain points. Present and demonstrate product features to prospective clients through virtual and in-person meetings. Develop proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements. Manage the end-to-end sales process — from lead nurturing to contract signing. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive upselling and referrals. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and events targeting potential buyers. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts in the CRM. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements Experience: 2–5 years in B2B SaaS/software sales (CRM/HRMS sales experience preferred). Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
