Job Title: HR Intern Location: Pune [WFO][WFH] Duration: 6 Months Must own a Laptop  About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. You will work closely with the HR team to support day-to-day activities and HR projects. Key Responsibilities: Assist with recruitment tasks such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews Support the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection and orientation coordination Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events Conduct research on HR best practices and help draft or update HR policies Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communication materials Provide administrative support to the HR team *Requirements:* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Basic understanding of HR functions and practices Good interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities High level of professionalism and confidentiality Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, HRIS systems, or job portals is a plus What You’ll Gain: Practical exposure to HR operations and processes Opportunity to work with and learn from experienced HR professionals Insight into recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and workplace culture Internship Certificate & Letter of Recommendation upon successful completion How to Apply: Share your CV via Email or WhatsApp: hr@pjsofttech.com 91 9545703605
