Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate HR Interns who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to real-time HR projects.
The role provides hands-on exposure to various HR functions and the opportunity to work directly with an experienced HR consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Support onboarding and documentation processes.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions, offer letters, and HR policies.
• Participate in HR research, data collection, and report preparation.
• Contribute to social media hiring campaigns and HR marketing initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn).
• Good organizational and coordination abilities.
• Eagerness to learn HR functions and consulting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets.

Eligibility

• MBA / BBA / MHRM / PGDM students (HR specialization preferred).
• Fresh graduates interested in HR career may also apply.
