Role Overview We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate HR Interns who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to real-time HR projects. The role provides hands-on exposure to various HR functions and the opportunity to work directly with an experienced HR consultant. Key Responsibilities Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Support onboarding and documentation processes. Assist in drafting job descriptions, offer letters, and HR policies. Participate in HR research, data collection, and report preparation. Contribute to social media hiring campaigns and HR marketing initiatives. Preferred Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of recruitment portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn). Good organizational and coordination abilities. Eagerness to learn HR functions and consulting skills. Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets. Eligibility MBA / BBA / MHRM / PGDM students (HR specialization preferred).
