HR Intern

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and proactive HR Intern to support the Human Resources department in daily operations. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information responsibly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes — sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Support in employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain and update HR databases, attendance, and personnel records.
• Help coordinate employee engagement and wellness activities.
• Draft and circulate HR communications, memos, and policy updates.
• Assist in performance review coordination and feedback collection.
• Support in compliance and HR audit requirements.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws (preferred).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility & Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fresh graduates or students pursuing final year may apply.
