Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about human resources, team management, and organizational growth. You will assist in recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and help create a strong internal culture at Vynzora.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment and selection processes (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding).
• Maintain and update employee databases and HR documents.
• Support in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate internship and freelance programs across different departments.
• Assist in employee engagement and performance evaluation activities.
• Contribute to HR branding on social media and company pages (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms).
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• A learning mindset and eagerness to explore digital industry work culture.
