HR & Operations Intern

to join our team remotely. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources and operational management while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Maintain and update employee records and databases.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and interns.
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Help in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the operations team to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Coordinate day-to-day operational activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Prepare reports and presentations as needed for HR and operational functions.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with online collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.).
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Prior internship experience in HR or operations is a plus but not mandatory.
