Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Visual Content Creation: Design high-quality visuals for websites, social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and other digital platforms.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs are aligned with Native Engineering’s brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all media.
• Marketing Collateral: Create brochures, banners, infographics, email templates, and other print or digital marketing materials.
• Collaborative Work: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to deliver creative solutions for campaigns and product launches.
• UI/UX Design: Assist with designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
• Innovation: Stay updated with design trends and apply them creatively in line with the company’s branding and marketing strategies.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or tech-related industry.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and design skills.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong visual aesthetic.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
