Job Summary

The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver at heart who thrives in a team environment. You will help manage and oversee relationships with new and existing partners through high-touch networking, lead generation, and market research.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to students, working professionals, and academic institutions to promote our offerings.
  • Drive lead generation through outreach channels including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and social media interactions.
  • Maintain an active and well-organized pipeline of prospects to ensure consistent sales activity.
  • Convert inquiries into enrollments by delivering compelling presentations and timely follow-ups.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Conduct personalized product walkthroughs and consultative sessions to help prospects make informed decisions.

Lead Generation And Conversion

  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of potential clients.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to introduce our Edtech solutions to prospects.

Sales And Negotiation

  • Achieve sales targets by closing deals with educational institutions, corporate training centers, and similar organizations.
  • Negotiate contracts to increase revenue while keeping clients satisfied.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in Edtech sales is a must.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Preference for candidates with active involvement in extracurricular activities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills are desirable.
