Job Description: As an HR Intern at the company, you will be an integral part of the Human Resources department, gaining hands-on experience in various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in candidate sourcing and screening through job portals and social media. - Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interview panels. - Support new hire onboarding and documentation processes. - Maintain HR databases and employee records. - Organize employee engagement activities and internal communications. - Draft HR-related documents, policies, and reports. - Assist in performance review and feedback processes. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams as required. Qualifications Required: - Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. - Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In this internship role, you will enjoy a flexible schedule, paid sick time, and a contract length of 6 months. The work location is in-person during day shifts.,
