HR Executive / HR Manager
to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing end-to-end HR operations, strengthening organizational culture, and supporting business growth. This role requires strong expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance, with the ability to work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring plans.
- Oversee HR operations such as attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company values.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and performance support.
- Support performance management processes, appraisals, and feedback cycles.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal regulations.
- Maintain HR documentation, MIS reports, and data accuracy.
- Assist management with HR analytics, reporting, and strategic workforce planning.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist roles.
- Experience in real estate, construction, or corporate environments preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HRMS, MS Office, and reporting tools.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
