HR Executive / HR Manager

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring plans.
• Oversee HR operations such as attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee records.
• Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company values.
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and performance support.
• Support performance management processes, appraisals, and feedback cycles.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal regulations.
• Maintain HR documentation, MIS reports, and data accuracy.
• Assist management with HR analytics, reporting, and strategic workforce planning.
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist roles.
• Experience in real estate, construction, or corporate environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in HRMS, MS Office, and reporting tools.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
