The ideal candidate will bring 8–10 years of residential design experience, with strong expertise in space planning, construction drawings, FF&E selection, and design execution. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent project management and collaboration skills to ensure that every home we deliver embodies luxury and sophistication.Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute innovative interior design concepts aligned with the company’s luxury brand vision.
Prepare space planning layouts, construction drawings, and detailed design documentation.
Select and specify FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) to meet functional and aesthetic requirements.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure design integrity across all stages.
Oversee the implementation of interior works from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and innovative design practices.
Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of design and execution.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
8–10 years of proven experience in high-end residential interior design.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Photoshop, or other design software.
Expertise in space planning, construction drawings, and FF&E specifications.
Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Passion for luxury design, craftsmanship, and innovation.
