About the Role

Being Iban Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR Head to lead the Human Resources function across its two divisions – Being Iban Academy and Being Iban Entertainment. The role demands a strong leader with expertise in HR strategy, compliance, and people management, capable of aligning HR practices with diverse business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations and strategy for Being Iban Academy and Being Iban Entertainment.
• Manage end-to-end HR functions including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Training & Development, Performance Management, and Statutory Compliance.
• Formulate and implement HR policies and best practices to support organizational growth.
• Drive employee engagement, culture building, and retention initiatives across both divisions.
• Lead manpower planning, succession planning, and capability building.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and government regulations.
• Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with overall business goals.
• Mentor and guide the HR team to achieve functional excellence.

Requirements

• MBA in Human Resources (Mandatory).
• 12 – 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, policies, labor laws, and compliance.
• Proven track record in HR leadership, preferably in education, media, or entertainment industries.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage HR operations across multiple business divisions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
