Job Description

Position Overview:

end-to-end onboarding

Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Onboarding Management (PAN India):

  • Coordinate with recruitment teams and unit HRs to ensure smooth onboarding of employees across all regions.

  • Manage pre-joining formalities, document collection, and background verification.

  • Facilitate induction and orientation programs (both physical and virtual) for new joiners.

  • Ensure creation of employee codes, HRMS entries, and onboarding documentation.

  • Liaise with IT, Admin, and Payroll for timely access provisioning, ID cards, and onboarding kits.

  • Maintain onboarding tracker and generate monthly dashboards for management review.

2. Employee Engagement:

  • Design, plan, and execute engagement initiatives across plants, branches, and HO — including festivals, recognition events, wellness programs, and CSR activities.

  • Implement quarterly engagement calendars aligned with the company’s culture and values.

  • Conduct new-joiner connect sessions, stay interviews, and engagement pulse surveys.

  • Partner with functional and regional HRs to ensure consistent engagement experience across all sites.

  • Coordinate for service awards, birthday celebrations, and cultural events.

  • Measure engagement effectiveness through feedback, participation rate, and retention metrics.

3. Communication & Employer Branding:

  • Develop internal communication content for HR initiatives, newsletters, and social media (LinkedIn, intranet).

  • Support employer branding campaigns to enhance employee pride and external visibility.

4. HR Operations & Compliance:

  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation compliance across all regions.

  • Support HR audits, HR analytics, and standardization of onboarding/engagement processes.

  • Provide inputs to leadership on engagement trends and retention strategies.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills

  • Strong event planning and execution ability

  • Energetic, creative, and employee-centric approach

  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and virtual engagement tools

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams

  • Understanding of HR policies, compliance, and best practices

  • Hindi-speaking candidates preferred
