We are seeking a dynamic and future-focused Near-Shore Manager to lead the operational execution of our Talent and Learning Development Factory based in India. This role will be instrumental in building and managing a high-performing team that supports two core capabilities: Talent and Learning Content Development Delivery and Talent Management Administration. Lead Analyst, Talent Management Location: GOSC Job Type: Full Time Job Summary: Join our team to drive impactful talent initiatives across performance management, succession planning, career management, and employee engagement globally, This role requires a proactive, organized professional who can consult with stakeholders and use data to ensure talent solutions are practical and effective, You will partner closely with the Digital HR team to deploy products that elevate business performance, and with the HR Analytics team to continuously improve data-driven insights, Key Responsibilities: Support and improve global processes for performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement, Directly support business Talent & Learning leads to deliver cyclical and ad hoc processes, Provide enterprise group-level, regional, functional and sub-unit reports on a monthly, quarterly or ad hoc basis, Consult with HR and business stakeholders to tailor talent solutions Elicit, confirm and prioritize requirements and liaise with the Talent Operations team and Project Managers to put the requirements in place, Provide guidance and training on talent management products and processes, Ensure documentation and administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently This will include leadership assessment and engagement survey administration, Support the move to a skills-based organization by gathering requirements, ensuring requirements are met, educating others on its use, and monitoring its usage, Collaborate with the Digital HR team to design, implement, and optimize AI-driven solutions for talent management, Partner with the HR Analytics team to generate, interpret, and enhance actionable insights using advanced analytics and AI tools, Requirements: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Action-oriented and superior customer support skills, focused on making the team successful Demonstrated ability to interpret data and translate findings into actions Experience working with stakeholders in a consultative capacity Experience collaborating on technology or analytics projects, including the purposeful use of AI Excellent written and verbal communication skills Prior experience in HR, talent management, or a related field Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, 5+ years of experience in HR, Talent Management, or a related role,
