What Youll Be Doing:

Hiring Support
: Help us find great talent – screen resumes, talk to candidates, and schedule interviews.
Onboarding
: Welcome new team members, get them settled, and guide them through the onboarding process.
Employee Support
: Be a friendly point of contact for employee questions and feedback.
Performance Processes
: Assist in feedback and review cycles to help employees grow.
HR Admin Tasks
: Maintain and update employee records and assist with documentation.
Engagement & Culture
: Plan and support fun team activities and engagement events.
