Role Overview

Human Resource Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in

  end-to-end recruitment

  : sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordination.
• Support

  onboarding and induction

  processes for new hires.
• Maintain and update

  HR databases, employee records

  , and attendance reports.
• Coordinate and support

  employee engagement activities

  and HR initiatives.
• Assist with

  performance management

  and feedback tracking.
• Help draft HR-related documents like offer letters, confirmation letters, etc.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team in day-to-day operations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth HR process flow.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.Com, BA, or related field) or pursuing MBA/PGDM in HR.
• Strong interest in

  Human Resources and Talent Management

• Excellent

  communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in

  MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
